Spend Some Time in Nature – it can help you reduce inflammation!

After a day of sitting in front of the computer screen, many people then go home and sit in front of the TV to watch their favourite show.

Not only does getting out in nature reduce levels of stress, help us sleep better, and provide opportunities for social interaction and exercise, (all of which can have significant effects on our levels of inflammation!), but it also has a direct impact on our inflammatory markers.

Make it your goal to spend some time in nature every single week. Aim for 30 minutes, three to four times weekly. Have fun and get some exercise while you immerse yourself in gut-healing, anti-inflammatory probiotics.

It can be just as simple as relaxing in the park or taking a quiet nap at the beach!

In your busy life, prebiotics and probiotics can also play a healing role for your gut.

X-Flam has both of these friendlies in spades, so adding this important supplement to your daily life is a good place to start to help your microbiome and reduce inflammation.
